All my experiences gave me the background and experiences needed to write my five books. More importantly, it gave me the means to tell untold stories and events that the government didn’t want to be told. I am passionate about the 641 POWs that were not released or accounted for. You will see that in Grunt Air and The Caves. If you like suspense and spy stories start with Birdcage Walk. This takes place in England just 60 days to D Day. Operation Fortitude had many aspects in its deception of the German High Command, but the Birdcage had a different way.

Why I wrote the stories that I did.

I love history whereas most students in school hated it. I wanted to find a way to tell the story of Vietnam and Laos that wouldn’t put people to sleep. I developed a technique where I take actual history and tell a fictitious story around the facts.
